The beer selection is good (60+ taps) and nicely thought out. They also have a nice selection of wines and food in a relaxed Wine Bar-Bistro atmosphere.

They usually have a tap or two of lower-tier Michigan breweries, and they don’t tend to overplay Bell’s like many other places do – they give Short’s, Dark Horse, and Dragonmead a good run for their money. The bar also offers seasonal beers as well as some out-of-state options. They offer wine by the glass as well. This is a nice complement to the Tap Room next door, which serves traditional pub fare and has a more casual feel.

Dusty’s Wine Bar

Dusty’s Cellar offers a wide selection of wine in a restaurant, retail store and wine bar. The restaurant features an upscale menu and was awarded a Wine Spectator award in 2007. Next door, the Tap Room offers pub food and draft beer. The shop also sells a wide variety of gifts and specialty Michigan foods.

Dusty’s is highly rated by customers who praise the service and food. This restaurant is perfect for a romantic evening out or special celebration. The restaurant offers a variety of wines from around the world and hosts wine tastings throughout the year.

The bar is decorated in a high-end style, and staff are knowledgeable about food and drinks. The menu features burgers, fish and chips, pot pies, and pizza. The bar also offers an extensive selection of wines by the glass.

The beer selection is very good and diverse, with a nice mix of Michigan locals, plus some harder-to-find out-of-state beers. The beer selection is much better than what you would expect for a bar that only has 1/3 of Bell’s taps. They also tend to have some beers on hand longer than other bars (for instance, they stock a variety of Short’s season ales). Service is excellent. This is a must-stop for beer lovers.

They have a 50’s cafe onsite that serves burgers, fries, nachos, hot dogs and funnel cakes. Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but you can bring your own blankets or lawn chairs. Pets are permitted as long as they’re quiet, friendly and on a leash at all times. The movie theater is operated onsite at Community First! The Village provides micro/tiny houses and alternative housing in Austin as part of the community initiative to reduce homelessness.

Restaurants

A visit to Graham is a trip back in time to the days when farmers, merchants, and ranchers dominated the landscape. The city still embraces the vision of its founding fathers by promoting community, opportunity, and growth.

The downtown square of Austin is one the largest in Texas. Its streets are wide enough to allow a wagon turn around. Its people are warm and friendly. And the food is delicious. Its renowned restaurants include Possum Hollow, which serves everything from soup to steak dinners.

It’s also the home of the oldest newspaper in northwest Texas. The Graham Leader has been published every week for 132. Gustavous A. and Edwin S. Graham were its founders. They came to North Central Texas in 1869 and purchased land and a salt plant on Salt Creek.

Shopping

Graham has one of America’s largest downtown squares and streets that are wide enough to turn a wagon. Its founders surveyed the town with an eye to building a community that would prosper. They created the downtown square with its 44 historic properties and built a city water plant in 1929.

Farming, mercantile, and land sales were the mainstays of early Young County until oil was discovered in 1917. That brought rapid growth, but not the uncivilized growth of other boomtowns.

The Graham Leader is the oldest weekly newspaper in Northwest Texas. It was founded in 1876. In 1884 Dr. J. E. Ryus built a two-story brick pharmacy on the west side the square. He leased the upper floor to the Federal District Court, which moved to Abilene.
